University of Hyderabad(UoH), is celebrating its Golden Jubilee this Year. In these Five Decades long journey of University of Hyderabad, it had achieved the status of the “Institution of Eminence (IoE)” , which is accorded to the University of Hyderabad (UoH) in September 2019, is a recognition of UoH’s standing, ability and potential to move into the league of the world’s best institutions.

The School of Management Studies (SMS), University of Hyderabad, is celebrating its Silver Jubilee this Year. The School made a humble beginning of its journey towards excellence in management education in 1999, with the Vision to continually strive to achieve excellence in management education, research, training, consultancy and outreach activities with a multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral and developmental perspective in various areas of Management.

The School offers a two-year full-time flagship MBA (Gen) Programme, an unique MBA programme in Health Care and Hospital Management, a Contemporary MBA Programme in Business Analytics, an exclusive weekend MBA Programme for Executives and a renowned Ph.D. programme in Management Studies.

The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) is a premier global non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the customer experience profession. Founded in 2011, CXPA has grown from a small group of passionate individuals in Boston to an influential community of over 4,000 members across 70 countries.
CXPA Asia is regional advisory council for the Asia and the Pacific region chaired by Pranav Kumar and represented by 18 council members from various countries in the region.
